DIRECTING CITY ENGINEER TO OBTAIN PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS
AND COST OF ESTIMATES OF PAVING N. W. 7th COURT FROM
N. W. 4th AVENUE TO A POINT 200 FEET NORTH OF N. W.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of'Boynton Beach,
Florida, in its discretion, pursuant to the Charter of said City,
deems it necessary and essential to the public interest of the
inhabitants and property owners of said City, that a certain pub-
licly dedicated streets~ more particularly described hereinafter,
located within the municipal limits of said City, be improved by
constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the City Engineer of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
is hereby directed and ordered to obtain estimated costs of con-
structing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding the following
described public streets over the dedicated right-of-way thereof
located within the City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That portion of N. W. 7th Court lying between N. W. 4th
Avenue to a point 200' north of N. W. 10th Avenue; that
portion of N. W. 6th Avenue extending Easterly 294.47'
from edge of existing paving of N. ~. 8th Street to
edg.e ~f pr0posed paving of N. W. 7th Court; that portion
of N. W. L0th Avenue.extending Easterly 632.18' from
edge of exzsting pavmng of N. W. 8th Street to existing
paving of N. W.~Tth Street said project c~nsisting~of~
approximately 5,~31.25 front feet.
improvements, with plans and specifications and estimated cost
be in accordance with the laws and ordinances of said City of
