A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING AWARDING OF BID FOR RELOCATION AND CON-
STRUCTION OF WATER DISTRIBUTION 1VIBINS ON WOOLBRIGHT
ROAD TO CR.ABTREE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida has heretofore request~
competitive bids for relocation and construction of water distribution mains on
Woolbright Road, and
WHEREAS, after tabulation of bids received and having received re-
commendations of the City Purchasing Agent and City Manager with regard to
awarding of bids;
NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the low bid submitted by Crabtree Construction Compa
for relocation and construction of water distribution mains on Woolbrig
pursuant to plans and specifications therefore on file in the off[ce of the City
Purchasing [4gent for a total bid of $161, 186.92, is hereby accepted and the
appropriate City Officials are authorized to execute contract on behalf of the
City of Boyr~n Beach, Florida.
AND ADOPTED this[~ day of February, A.D., 1977.
