RESOLUTION ~UTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF THE TRAFFIC SIGNALS MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF FLORIDA
DEPARTMF. NT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH.
City: of~Boynton Beach, deems it in the public inierest to
maintain and pay electrical costs for. the operation of traffic signal or signals
described in Exhibit."~" to said agreement, and accordingly lo enter into the
attached agreement with the State of Florida Department of Transportation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLOR~J:
1. Thai City of Boynton Beach, Florida concurrs in lhe provisions
of that cerlain agreemenl atlached herelo, pertaining to maintaining a traffic
signal insiallalion described in Exhibit "A" lo that agreement.
2. Thai Cily of Boynton Beach, Florida anthorizes the said ag
lo be executed by a legally designated officer of this Public Body.
