77-BRESOLUTION NO. 77-B
A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-TT
WHEREAS, on August 17, 1976 the City Council of the Cit'
of Boynton Beach passed and adopted Resolution No. 76-TT entitled
"A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ACQUISITION AND
CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR
THE ISSUANCE OF NOT EXCEEDING $865,000 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1976, OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACt{, FLORIDA, TO PAY THE COST THEREOF;
PROVIDING FOR RIGHTS OF THE HOLDERS THEREOF; PRO-
VIDING FOR PAYMENT THEREOF; AND MAKING CERTAIN
OTHER COVENANTS AND AGREEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH BONDS."

WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of said Resolution
No. 76-TT the City Council of said City has had indication from
the Citizens of Boynton Beach that capital improvements of this
mag~itf~de should be approved by the electors at a referendum elec-
tion; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach
deems it mandatory that the voice of the citizens of Boynton
be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida that said Resolution No. 76-TT
as heretofore passed and adopted August 17, 1976~ be and is hereby
rescinded and declared null and void.
