A RESOLUTION OF THE rCITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING
DESIGNATION OF ROADWAY, TO WIT: DESIGNATING AS SOUTHEAST 28TH
COURT THAT PORTION OF SOUTHEAST 1ST PLACE LYING BETWEEN LOTS
25, 26, 2? AND 28, DEWEY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT
COURT IN AND FOR PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 24,
PAGE 193.
WHEREAS, a portion of that certain roadway located wiihin the municipal limits
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, described as Souiheast 1st Place, currently ex-
tends approximately two hundred fifteen feet in an easterly and westerly direction,
/ween Lois 25, 26, 2? and 28, DEWEY HEIGHTS Subdivision, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 193, Public Records of Palm Beach County,
and
WHEREAS, an additional portion of the said Southeast 1st Place runs in a nor-
z and southerly direction from Southeast 2?th Avenue to Southeast 28th Avenue
within SEACREST ESTATES subdivision, according ix) lhe plal thereof recorded in
Book 24, Page 245, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, ii is felt that the aforesaid designation of Southeast 1st Place as run-

Section 1: That lhe name of that portion of the roadway localed within the munl
)al limils of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, heretofore described as SOUTHEAS'
lST PLACE lying between Lois 25, 26, 2? and 28, DEWEY HEIGHTS subdivision, is
ged to and shall henceforth be known as SOUTHEAST 28TH COURT.~i
Section 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed lo forward a
copy of this Resolution to Mr. Richard Monahan, Postmaster, City of
Florida, at his office located at 217 Norih Seacrest Boulevard. Boynton Beach
Section 3. : That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage,
