76-YY RESOLUTION NO. 76-YY
A RESOLUTION OF' THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING CITY PROSECUTOR.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
authorized under Sec. 2-4.4 of Chapter 2 of the Codified Ordinances of said
city to appoint a city prosecutor; and
WHEREAS, on September 7, 1976, the City Council of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, appointed Robert A. Dittman, Esq. as city prosecu-
tor; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said city is desirous of confirming
said appoint'ment by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TI-IrE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That effective September 7, 1976, the Honorabte Robert A
Dittman, Esq. has been appointed to the unctassified position of City Prose-
cutor of the City of Boynton Beach, Ftorida, to serve at the pleasure of the
City Councit.
