76-WWRESOLUTION NO. ?6-WW A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, OFFER- ING PALM BEACH COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT USE OF MUNICIPAL CIVIC CENTER AS LOCATION FOR tNNOCULATION OF CITIZENRY AGAINST SWINE FLU VIRUS. WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, has been advised that the Palm Beach County Health Department plans to establish various centers for the innoculation of the general public against the swine flu virus as a preventative measure; and WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, being the third most populus municipality in Palm Beach County, has among its 'inhabitants a large number of elderly citizens who are either without transportation or who would be greatly in- convenienced in securing necessary transportation to distant innocuiation centers; and WHEREAS, the Municipal Civic Center, located at 128 East Ocean Avenue, Boynton Beach, Florida, due to its central location' and facilities, could amply and adequately serve as a designated innocutation center for those inhabitants of the City Boynton Beach desiring to take part in the aforesaid innoculation program; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1: That the Palm Beach County Health Department be, and it is hereby requested to designate the Municipal Civic Center, located at 128 East Ocean Avenue, Florida, as the designated location for inhabitants of the City of Beach to receive the planned swine flu innoculation. Section 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward a copy of this Resolution tO C. L. Brumback, M.D., M.P.H., Director, Palm County Health Department, at his office in West Palm Beach, Florida.
