76-LL RESOLUTION NO. 76-LL A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH PALM BEACH COUNTY PERTAINING TO REMOVAL OF BURIAL SITES LOCATED IN COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO CEMETERY AND WOOLBRIGHT ROAD (S.W. 15th AVENUE) . BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1: Thai the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, enter into an Agree- ment with Palm Beach County, Florida, whereby the City agrees thai upon receipt from Palm Beach County of notification that burial sites located in the County- owned right-of-way have been uncovered in the process of widening Woolbright Road (S .W. 15th Avenue), the City will rebury the uncovered remains in graves within the municipal cemetery at the expense of the County; a copy of said Agree- ment being annexed hereto and hereby made a part hereof by reference. Sectio.n 2:. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be and they are hereby authorized to act for the City in entering into and executing said Agreement with Palm Beach County, Florida.
