76-IIRESOLUTION NO. 76-II
A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE SUBMISSION OF A
FORMAL APPLICATION TO MUNICIPAL BOND 'INSURANCE
ASSOCIATION FOR INSURANCE POLICY FOR WATER AND
SEWER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES t975B AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE PRINTING OF A STATEMENT OF INSURANCE ON
SAID BONDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The action of the Mayor,~City Manager, City
Clerk and City Attorney in submitting a formal application to the
Municipal Bond Insurance Association for an insurance policy on thei
$3,900,000 Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 1975B, dated
February 1, 1975, being issued by the City, is hereby ratified and
confirmed.
SECTION 2. The City hereby consents to the affixing of
an appropriate statement of insurance on the Bonds referred to in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect immediately.
