76-FF RESOLUTION NO. 76-FF
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING CITY PLANNER AND ESTABLISHING
RATE OF CO]VIPENSATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
as authorized under Section 2-4. 7(1) and (3) of Chapter 2 of the codified
Ordinances of said City to fill the position of City Planner by appointment
and establish fihe compensation for such office by Resolution; and
WI~EREAS, the City Manager of said City on June 14, 1976, appointed
Carmen S. Annunziato as City Planner, and the City Council i's desirous
of confirming said appoinfa~nent by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Carmen S. Annunziato is hereby appointed to the
unclassified position of City Planner of flae City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
said appointment being effective June 14, 1976.
Section 2: The compensation for the said Carmen S. Annunziato, as
City Planner, is hereby fixed at the annual salary of $14, 705.60 with no
additional compensation for car allowance.
