A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACh,
FLORIDA, DECLARING THE NEED FOR A HOUSING
AUTHORITY IN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
THAT .the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, hereby determines, finds and declares in pursuance of
the "Housing Authorities Law" of the State of Florida, that
Section 1: Insanitary and unsafe inhabited dwelling
~ccommodations exist in the City of Boynton Beach, Florida; and
Section 2: There ms a shortage of safe and sanitary
accommodations in the City of Boynton Beach, Florida;
and
Section 3: There is a need for a housing authority in
City of Boynton Beach, Florida;_a~and
Section: The City Manager is directed to supervise
collection of all pertinent information required to prepare
forward to the appropriate authorities any and all applica-
and exhibits which may be prerequisite to the creation of
housing authority.
