76-V RESOLUTION NO. 76'V A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA., SUPPORTING UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUM- STANCES THAT MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS BE HELD ON THE SECOND TUESDAY IN MARCH FOR THE 37 MUNICIPALITIES IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, a uniform Municipal election date would save the expense of conducting elections for Pa[rn Beach and its various municipalities on separate dates; and WHEREAS, some of the municipalities in Pa[rn Beach County are in- cluded in precincts containing other municipalities or unincorporated areas~.Sf Palm Beach County; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1: That the City of Boynton Beach endorses ho[ding municipal on the second Tuesday in March providing that the Pa[rn Beach Co~ Supervisor of Elections adjusts pertinent precincts so that each of the 37 Municipalities is separated from other municipalities and/or the unincorpor- ated areas of Pa[rn Beach County. Section 2.- That the City Manager of the City of Boynton Beach is directed to deliver copies of this Resolution to the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections and to the Manager or Clerk of the 37 Municipalities in Palm Beach County.
