76-QRESOLUTION NO. 76-Q
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BI, ACH,
FLORIDA, DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED INDIVIDUALS
TO PREPARE, SIGN AND COUNTERSIGN CHECKS,
VOUCHERS AND WITHDRAWAL SLIPS DRA~WN ON
CITY DEPOSITORIES.
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, pro-
rides that the City Treasurer shall prepare all checks, vouchers and with-
drawa~ slips to be drawn on the City depositories, and shah sign the same
and present said check, vouchers and withdrawals to the Mayor or Vic~
Mayor to be countersigned as provided herein or by ordinance of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council in regular session of August 7, 1961, did
duly pass an ordinance that the City Manager shah be authorized to counter-
sign all checks, vouchers and wi~hdrawal slips of the City; and
WHEREAS, FRANK KOHL is the duly appointed City Manager; and
WHEREAS, JOE DELONG is the duly elected Mayor and shall sign
checks, vouchers and withdrawal slips in the absence of the City Manager;
and
WItEREAS, JOSEPH F. ZACK, Vice Mayor, has been appointed to sign
checks, vouchers and withdrawal slips in the absence of the Mayor and the
City Manager; and
WHEREAS, KENNETH L. KRIBS has been appointed as City Finance
Director and authorized to countersign checks,
slips of the City; and

ZOBEL is the duly appointed Treasurer; and
HOLZ1VIAN, Deputy Treasurer, has been appointed
to prepare and sign che~ks, vouchers and withdrawal slips in the absence of
the Treasurer;
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT R]~SOLVED that a true copy of this
ResoLution be sent to aH Federal Savings and Loan Associations. commercia
banks or other depositories wherein the City of ]Boynton Beach maintains
municipal savings accounts, checking accounts or other deposits.
