76-P RESOLUTION NO. 76-P A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING CITY ENGINEER TO OBTAIN PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND COST ESTIMATES OF PAVING S.E. 3rd STREET FROM S.E. 21st AVENUE TO S.E. 23rd AVENUE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, in its discretion, pursuant to the Charter of said City, deems it necessary and essential to the public interest of the inhabitants and property owners of said City, that a certain publicly dedicated street, more particularly des- cribed hereinafter, located within the muni~ipa[ limits of said City, be improved by constructing, repairing, re§~rfacing and/or rebuilding same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF, BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: That the City Engineer of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is hereby directed and ordered to obtain estimated costs of constructing, re- pairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding the fo[lowing described public slreet over the dedicated right-of-way thereof located within the City of Boynton Beach, Florida: That portion of S.E. 3rd Street lying between S.E. 21st Avenue to S.E. 23rd Avenue, containing approximately 1,306.09 front feet. Such improvements, with plans and specifications and estimated costs, shall be in accordance with the laws and ordinances of said City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and shah be filed in 'the office of 'the said City Engineer of the City.
