A RESOLUTION OF THE: CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, DIRECTING CITY ENGINEER TO'OBTAIN
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND COST ESTIMATES OF
PAVING N.~W. 7th COURT FROM N.W. 4th AVENUE
TO A POINT 200 FEET NORTH OF N.W. !0th AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, FLorida,
in its discretion, pursuant to the Charter of said City, deems it necessary
and essential to the public interest of the inhabitants and property owners of
said City, that a certain publicly dedicated street, more particularly des-
cribed hereinafter, [ocsiied within the municipal limits of said City, be
improved by constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O1~
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the City Engineer of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida is
hereby directed and ordered to obtain estimated costs of constructing, re-
pairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding the following described public street
over the dedicated right-of-way thereof located within the City of Boynton
Beach, FLorida:
That port,dh of N.W. 7th Court lying between N.W. 4th
Avenue to a point 200 feet North of N.W. 10th Avenue
containing approximately 4, 017.96 front feet
Such improvements, with plans and specifications and estimated costs, shall
be in accordance with the laws and ordinances of said City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, and shah be fi[ed in the office of the said City Engineer of the City.
