A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, RETAINING AN ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY
W-i-IEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, has
passed and adopted Ordinance No.
City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, on January 5, 1976,
Beach, Florida, appointed Michael P.
and
76-4 creating the position of Assistant
the City ~ounci[ of the City of Boynton
Smodish as Assistant City Attorney;
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City is desirous of confirming said
appointment by resolution;
NOW, THEREFOR]~, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida:
Section 1: That pursuant to the provisions of Section 23 of the Charter
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, Michael P. Smodish is hereby
appointed to the unc[a~fied position of Assistant City Attorney to serve at
the pleasure of the City Council.
