A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, HIRING BUILDING OFFICIAL A/~D FIXING
RATE OF CO~iPENSATION.
WHEREAS, on December 16, 1975, the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, appointed Edgar E. Howell as
Building Official of said City, effective December 15, 1975;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City is desirous
of confirming said appointment by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Edgar E. Howell is hereby appointed
to the classified position of Building Official of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, and said appointment is effective
December 15, 1975.
Section 2: The compensation for the said Edgar E.
Howell, as Building Official is hereby fixed at Pay Grade 33,
Step 1, with the annual salary of $14,705.60 together with
a car allowance of $125.00 Der month.
