STRUTS AND PUB- LIC WAYS; PROHIBITING THE USE OF ~E~R- TAIN VEHICLES ON SUCH STREETS OR PUB- LIC WAYS: FIXING ~f~XII~UM ~IGHT OF LOAD~ AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VI0- L~TION THEREOF.~ BE IT ORDAINED BY the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida~ Io That Ordinance No. 43 entitled "An Ordinance of the Town of Boynton, Florida, providing certain regulations for the use of traffic on the streets and public ways; prohibiting the use of certain vehicles on such streets or public ways; fixing maximum weight of load, and providing a penalty for violation thereof~, be ameffded by adding thereto Section 4A and 4B as follows: Section 4A- that all parking on Ocean Avenue, betweeQ Dixie Highway and Palmetto Street shall be at an angle with the curb in pa~king spaces to be designated and marked out. SeCtion 4B- That all parking on Ocean Avenue, between Palmetto Street and Palm Street sh~ll be pa~allei with the curb in parking spaces to be designated-and marked out. This Ordinance havim~ been read 'in full at the Regular meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida, held on the I6th day of October, A. D. 1934 was duly adopted at a Regular Meeting hel~ on the 8th Day of November A. D. 1934 and a copy of same posted at the front door of the Town Hall on Nov. 9th- 1934.
