BE IT ORDAINED B~ THE T0~%I C0~M. ISSION OF THE TO]~ OF BOYNTON~ P~I~ BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA:- Section 1. That the Tax Collector of the Town of Bo3mton~ Palm Beach County, Florida, be, and he hereby is, authorized, empowered and instructed to allow a discount of fifty per cent. (50%) from the amount of Special Assessments and accrued inter- est on same due the Town of Boynton, Florida, as of Apmi! l, 1930, provided the amount of the said Special Assessments with accrued interest as reduced by the discount of fifty per cent. (50%) plus interest to be accrued on the reduced amount of same from April l, 1930 to the date of payment at the rate off eight per cent. (8%) per annum, shall be paid in cash or interest bearing obligations of the Town of Boynton, Florida, as herei, nafter set forth, and provided, further, that the said discount shall be allowed only during the period commencing November l, 1934, and ending April l, 1938. Section 2. That the Tax Collector of the Town of Boynton,Palm Beach, C0untY,~ Florida, be, and he hereby is, authorized, empowered and instructed to a. ccept interest bearing obligations of the Town of Boynton, Florida, evidenced by unpaid bonds of said Town, whether due or payable in the future, and pastdue interest coupons, at their face value, in payment of the amount of all SpeCial Assessments or Taxes due said Town by any Taxpayer for the taxable yea~ of 1932, and prior years, provided, however, that such taxpayer shall~ at the same time, pay in cash the amount oF Taxes due~ by such taxpayer for the taxable years of 1933 and 193~. Section 3o That no bonds or interest coupons shall be accepted bythe Tax Collector of the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County~ Florida~ under th6 provisions of this ordinance after April l, 1935. Section 4~ That all Ordinances or ReSolutions~ or parts of Ordinances or Resolttions, inconsistent or in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rescinded and repealed. The Above Ordinance ~Ving been read in full at a meeting of the ToWn ~o~uission of the Town of Boynton~ Palm Beach CountY, Florida, held on the ~°nd day of OCtober, A. Do 193~, the same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of Said Town Commission~ all of the members being present~ held on the 18th day of October, A.
