That there be and there hereby is ~vied upon all of the taxable property, both real ~ud personal~ within the Town of Boynton, PaLm Beach County, Florida, a General Tax to provide for the General Expense said Town as provided in 'the Budget items set forth in ORDINANCE NO. !32, to-wit: A Tax sufficient to duce the sum of EIEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS AND THIRTY THREE CENTS ($11,3V2.33). 2. That there be and there hereby is levied upon all of the taxable property, both real mud personal, within the Tovm of Boynton, Palm Beach County, P~_orida, a Special Tax for the purpose of providing inter~st and Sinking Fund monies to be used in the payment of Interest and the Redemption of Principal upon the Indebtedness of the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, the sum o2 THIRTY FODR THOUSAND ONE HL~rDRED SIXTEEN DOLL~S ~D NI~TY NINE CEh~S ($34,116.99) 3. That said taxes hereinbefore referred to, be smd the same hereby are apportioned to and levied against all the taxable property, both real and personal, within the Corporate Limits of the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, in proportion to the assessed valuation of such property. BE IT FURTHER 0RDAINED~ That the passage and adoptic~ of the above and fore- going ORDINANCE is ~gen$ and is essential to the immediate preservation of the public peace of the Town of Boynton, Florida, by reason of the same providing funds for the proper administration of the affairs of said Town; and that an emergency does exist for the immediate passage and adop- tion of such SRDINANCE. BE IT FURTHER 0RDAINED~ That the above and foregoing ORDINANCE being an ORDINANCE fixing a Tax Rate or making a TaX,Levy for General ~xpense and Sinking Fund and Interest Requirements upon the Indebtedness of the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, for the fiscal year beginning November l, 1933 and ending October 31, 1934, be and the same hereby is paSsed and adopted the NINETEENTH day of SEPTEMBER, A.D. 19~3, being a REGULAR MEETING of the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, and being the meeting at Which the same was introduced; and further that said ORDINANCE shall become effective immediately.
