3, OF ORDINANCE N0.3, OF THE T0~ OF BOYNTON,
FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TOV~N C0~G~iSSI0~ERS OF THE
T0~gN OF B0¥NTON, FLORIDA:
That Section ~, of Ordinance No. ~, be and the same hereby
is mmended to read as follows:
Section $. The Town Clerk, as ex~fficio one of the members
of the Town Cormmission of the Town of B°Ynton, in
Palm Beach County, F~orida~ shall receive for his
or her services the sum of Fifty Dollars
per month, payable on the 18th and last day of
each month. ~ll fees ~arned by him or her shall
b~ paid into the ~own Treasur~y.
This Ordinance shall become effective May let, 1935. All
Ordinances and part~ of Ordinances of the Tova~ of Bo~nton,
Florida, which are in conflict, or inconsistent with this
Ordinance, or any portion hereof, be, and the same hereby
are ~xpre~ly repealed.
