BE iT O~AINED by the Town Comuission~ of the Town
Bo~ton~ Palm Beach CoUnty~ Plorida~ as follows:
Section 1, Ail Shippers~ re~shippers~ packers and
wholesalers shall keep an accurate mecord~ s~.bject to
spection by proper officiais~ of a~ lots received~ shipped
and sold. Ail retailers shall keep accurate re cord~ sub-
ject to inspection by proper officials of all lots received.
SectioN_ ~, That no shellfish slas~l! be gathered~ hand-
!ed~ stored~ so!d~ produced oP offered for sale~ within the
corporate limits of the To~ of Boynton~ Palm Beach County~
Fiomid~ except those produced and handled in accordance
with the Pules ~ed 2~.lations of the state agency having
jurisdiction over the
Section 3. T~.t all dealers in she!Ifish~ within the
corporate i~i~its of the Town of Boynton~ Palm Beach

be required to secuPe permits from the health department of

Agency having jurisdiction and approved by the United States

Section 6. Fop refrigeration of shucked stook¢

it reaches the cons,~er¢ but should not be allowed to freeze.
Section V. Ail shucked stoof{ received by wholesale or
retailers shall be kept in the original sealed containers¢
which sha~ not be opened except as required for dispens-
ing by the retailers,
Section 8. Sh-ecked stocked in bulk shall be sold only
under the fot!ow~g conditions:
(a) Containers from'wh~zcn, they ape dispensed she. fl be

or showcases is prohibitsd.

Section 9. The City Health Officer shs~ll have the
thority to revole any per~.ts g?anted under this Ordinance,
for violation of any of tho provisions thereof or for vio-
lation of stay of the ~les or re~lations of the State Agency
having j~isdiction over and certif~.ing the sources of ~e
shellfish.
Section 10. ~my person~ firm or in case of a corpor-
ation~ the office~s¥~hereof violating any of the provisions
of this Ordinance shall~ on conviction be p~ished by a fine
note~xceed~g' 0fie Hundred Dollars (~100.00) or by ~prison-
ment not exceedin~ o 30 days or by both fine and impriso~ent
in the discz~etion of the court.
