That Section 5~ of Ordinance No. 2, be ~d the same hereby
is amended to ~-ead as follows:
Section 5. The Vice ~ayor~ as ex-officio one of the
To,wu Co~ission of the Town of Bo~_ton~ in
Pa~ Beach County, Florida, shall receiv~ for
his or her services the s'ur~ of (~l,O0) per
a~, payable on ~e first Re~lar ~ieeting
ni~t of ~ril of each year. All fees earned
by him or her as Vice ~ia¥o~ shall be paid
to the Town Treasury.
This Ordinance shall become effective May lst~ 193B. All
0rdin~ces ~d~-.Par~suwof~: 0r~insmc:e$ of the Totem of Boynton,
Florida~ which are in conflict~ or inconsistent with this
0rdinance~ or any portion hereof~ be~ and the smme hereby
are, expressly repealed.
