A~NDING AN ORDIN~NCE FIXING THE BUDGET A~D TAX
L~Y OF THE T0'~ OF BOYNTON FOR T~ FISC~L Y~a_R 1931-1932
W~[EREA~~ ~ .~, Pursuant to that one certain Peremptory Writ
of Mandamus issued out of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth
Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for ~alm Beach County,
Florida, in the matter of State of Florida, ex relator, Palm
Beach Company, Relator, versus H. T. Ho!i~ay, et al., whiBh
said Peremptory Writ of I~andamus was signed on the 5th day
of March, Ao D. 1932, by Elwyn Thomas, Circuit Judge at
Ft. Pierce, Florida.
NOW, In compliance with the ruling of said Court and
in compliance with said Peremptory writ of ~landamus it
becomes n~cessary to amend the tax levy of the Tovaa of
Boynton for bonded debt service for the fiscal year i931-i932o

N ~¥~ Tt~REFORE, BE IT 0RDAI~D By the authority afore-
said that Ordinance No. 113 be and the same is hereby amended
so that the estimates for bond debt service and the levies
therefore shall be as follows:
A-mount found to be needed for interest and maturities
on bond debt service .......... ~!lt,SVV.60
Reserved for uncollected taxes ..... 2,!18.20
Total ..... $113,695.80
The amount of revenue 'derived during said fiscal
year from delinquent ad valorem taxes
amount to ............... $ 89,122.53
Total amount of money necessary to be
raised by taxation for bond debt service
for said fiscal year 1931 - 1932 . . . $ 24,573.2V
BE IT ORDAINED That there shall be and is hereby
appropriated for the pa~ent of all interest and bonds
maturing up to and through the fiscal year 1931 - 1932
the respective sums hereinabove set forth.
AND, BE IT FURTHER ORDAIneD That an additional
millage of five mills be levied against al! of the
taxable property now in the Tovaa of Boynton for the
purpose of raising funds as above for tt~ payment of
said bonded debt service for the fiscal year 1931 ~ t93~.
BE IT Ft-RT~ER ORDAINED That pursuant to and in com-
pliance with the Peremptory ~it hereinabove referred to,
the Treasurer of the Town of Boynton is ~thorized and
directed to set apart in a spearate fund the proper pro
rata portion of all sums hereinafter collected for bonded
debt service for the fiscal year 1931 - 1932. Said amounts,
so authorized and directed to be set aside in said Soecial
Fund, to be paid over to Palm Beach Company, shall be a
proportionate amount of each tax collection made for bond
debt service as Ten Thousand, Eight Hundred Three and 20/100
Dollars ($10,803.20) bears to the total amount required for
bonded debt service for the fiscal year 1931 - 1932, which
is, to-wit: 0ne~ Hundred Eleven Thousand, Five Hundred
Seventy-seven and 60/100 ($111,5VV.60) Dollars.
