NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED:
!. That the Budget hereinbefore set forth~ setting forth
the items of anticipated__ _ general expense and of Sin~n,~%~ ~' ~ Fund
and Interest requirements upon the bonded debt of such Town,
be and the same is hereby adopted as the Budget of the said
Town of Boynton~ Palm Beach County, Florida, for the taxable
year 193!.
2. That such tax be extended upon the tax books of such Town
of Boynton~ Florida~ in the proper millage proportionate to the
valuation thereof as returned by 'the Tax Assessor, to-wit: that
the millage thereof be as follows, to-wit:

3. That the passage and adoption of the above and foregoing

vation of the pub±mc peace of such Town of Boynton~ Pior_aa~
by reason of the same providing funds for the proper adminis-
tration of the affa~irs of such Tov~n of Boynton~ Plorida~ mhd
that an emergency does exist for the irmmediate passage and
adovtion of such 0RDI!fAI{CE~
4. That the above and foregoing 0RDiNANCE~ being an ORDINANCE
making a tax le-~-~ be~ and the sa~e hereby is~ passed and
adopted on this the sixth day of October, A. D~ i.931~ be~g a
Regul~ k{eeting of the Board of Town Co~amissioners of the
Town of Boynton~ Florida.: a~d further that such ORDINANCE
shall become effective i~aediately upon its passage and
adopt i on.
THIS ORDINANCE having been read in full at a meeting
of the Board of Tov~n Co~k~issioners of the Town of Boynton~
Florida~ held on the !Sth day of September~ A~ D. I~I~ was
finally adopted on its final reading at a Regular Meeting
of said Board of Town Corsaiss'ioners~ held on the sixth day
