O#112 ORDINANCE NO. t1~ AN ORJDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF BOYNTON, PAI2~[ BEACi~ COUNTY, FLORIDA~ ~LqKING IT UNI~\~UL FOR Al\viz PERSON, FI~[ OR CORPORATION TO EXCAVATE OR RE~IOVE EARTH FROntal Ak~-f STREET OR WIT.~[!N T~fENT~_ FEET (~0~) OF THE SIDE LINE OR~.CURB OF Y2~-Y DESIGNATED STREET OR ALLEY WITHIN THE TO~N LII~gITS OF THE TO~t~ OF BOYNTON~ PAL~I BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA. ~ff[EREAB, The Town Cormmissioners of the Town of Boynton~ Palm Beach County, Florida~ deem it necessary for the peace, health and safety of the ir~habitants of the said Town that excavations or removal of earth be prohibited. NOW THEREFO~WE~ B~ It Ordained by the Town Co~missioners of the To~rn of Boynton, Palm Beach Connty, Florida, that it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to excavate or remove earth from any street o~ alley or within twenty feet (~0~ ) of th6 side line or curb of any designated street or alley within the Town Limits of the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach Co~aty~ Florida, without first getting a permit from the Clerk of the~said Town~ That the violation of the above and foregoing Ordinance may be punishable by a fine not to exceed One Hundred Dollars (~lO0.O0) or imprisonment not to exceed Sixty (60) days or by. both fine and imprisonment. All 0~dinances or parts of Ordinances conflicting with the above sand foregoing Ordinance are hereby repealed. The above and foregoing Ordinance was read in full for the first time at a Regular ~¢eeting of the Board of Town Contmission~rs of the Town of Boynton, Florida, held July 7th, 19Sl, and was adopted on its final reading at a Regular ~eeting of said Board of To~wn Com~nissione~s held .on the 2tst day of July, 1931, and a copy hereof posted at the door of the Town Hall of the Town of Boynton~ Florida.
