ORDINANCE NO. 80 OF THE TOVfN OF BOY~ITON, FLORIDA.
Be It Ordained by the Town Commission of the Town
of Boynton, Florida:
That Section A of Article 9 of Ordinance No. 80 of
the To,~m of Boynton~ Florida~ be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
ART!C~E ~ - RATES
Section A. Every metered water supply service s_~il
have a quarterly minimum demand charge or Pate on each
service installed, varying with and based ~:on the size of
service pipe required and installed in accordance with the
rules of the Co~nission. This mini~.~uan demand chafed shall
be in acbordance with the following schedules and shall
entitle the consumer, without excess charge, to hax.,e supplied
through the meter the ntn~.ber of gallons of water set forth
in the tables.

Ail in excess of 250,000 gallons per quarter at
twelve cents (12~) per 1,000 gallons.
The meter rate for water supply service in excess of
the amount allowed per quarter for the minimum charge shall
be in accordance with the following meter rates for

All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repaaled.

for the first t~me at a Regular ~Ieeting of the Board of
Town Comuissioners, held June 16th, 1931~ and was adopted
on its final reading at a Regular I~,~eeting of the Board of
Town Cmmuissioners held on the 7th day of July, A, D. 1931,
and a copy hereof posted at the door of t he Town Hall of
the To~m of Bo~w~aton, Florida.
