Pund and interest requirements ueon the ~onded debt of
sucs~ Town, be and the same is hereby adoeted as tf~e Budget
of the saim Town of Boston, Palm Beach County, Florida,
for the taxable year 1930o
That such tax be extneded upon the tax books of
such Town of Bo~mton~ Florida, ix tae proper millage -oro-
~ortionate to the valuation t~ereof as

3. That the passage an~ adoption of the above and
foregoing ORDINANCE is urgent and is essential to the
immedaite preservation of the public Deace of such Town
of Boynton, Florida, by reason of the same providing
funds for the proper administration of t~e affairs of
such Town of Boynton, Fiorida; anm that an emergency does
exist for ~e imcmediate passage anm adoption of such
ORDINANCE.
4. That tne~above an~ foregoing 0RDINANCE~ being an
ORDINANCE making a tax levy~ be, and the same hereby is,
passed and adopted on this the SECOND day off September,
A. D. !930~ being a Regular ~eeting of the Board of Town
Commissioners ~f the Town of Boynton, Fiorida~ an~ further
t~at such ORDINANCE shall become effective immediately
u~on its passage and adoption.
THIS ORDINANCE having been read in full at a meeting
of the Board of Town Commissioners of the Town of
Boynton~ Florida, held on the 19tn day of August~ i. D.
19S0~ was finally adoeted on its final reading at a
Regular ~eeting of said Board of Town Commissio~ers~
held on the 2nd day of September~ A. D. !9$0.
