of a proposed issue of bonds of such Town in the sum

~ousand Dollars (~40,000) thereof to be used for the
purpose of erectimg, building and const~cting a town
hall for the use and benef_~ of said toyota of Boynton
and the ~esidents and mnha~_~ants thereof; Seventy
Thousand Dollars (~70,000) thereof to be used for
purpose of erecting, constructing, fu~ishing and
equipping a pavilion bathing estao=zsnmen~ for the
use and benefit of the s~zd totem of Boynton and the

for the purpose of refunding outstanding bond indebted-

~Section 4. ~nat there shall be levied, assessed
and collected in each year while said bonds, or
amy of them, are outstanding and unpaid, and at
the time and in tine same manner as other taxes
are levied, assessed and collected, a special
tax~ in addition to all other taxes levied upon
all the taxable property, both real and personal,
within said town, and realize a sum su~f_czen~
to meet and discharge .the interest on said bonds
as the same becomes due, and also a sufficient
sum to ~rovide for a sinking fund for the payment
of the said bonds at maturity.~

the credit of the said Town of Boynton
is pledged to the payment of ~ch bonds and interest

V~dEREAS, the said indebtedness evidenced and re-
presented by the said bonds aforesaid and all interest
due on the entire indebtedness up to and including the
interest and principal maturing thereon up to and in-
eluding October I, A. D. 1928, have been paid~ save
and except that th. ere had matured on the first day of
October, A. D. 1928, interest upon said bonds in the
sum of One Thousand l~ine Hundred and Fifty Dollars
(~i,950), which has not been paid, and the further sum
of Four %~nousand Three Hundred Pifty Dollars ((~4~350)
interest thereon, which accrued and became due on
the first day of .~prit, A. D. 1929, making the total
amount of interest past due and payable on the first
day of April, A. D. 1929 in the sum of Six Tl~ousand

said TowN.. of Boynton~ Florida, nor are there funds
available to the said Tow~ of Boynton, Florida, which
are applicable to the payment of the indebtedness evi-
denced by the bonds aforesaid~ which are outstanding,
or th~ interest thereon maturing October t~ A. D. 1928,
and which has not been paid, and the interest maturing
April~l~ A. D. !929, or subsequent thereto; that the
ovmers, holders and persons, firms or corporations who
control all of the said oustanding bonds and the coupons

by the Clerk of the Court rendered the decree of va!ida-
tion and confirmation, an amount thereof sufficient to
satisfy and pay the interest coupons and principal upon
such bonds which have ~satured, may be sold at public
or at private sale bY the To'~an Commission of the said
Town of ~o~naton, at an amount or for a sum of not less
than ~inety-five per centum (95~) of their par value and
accrued interest to the date of their delivery.

~m~n II That v.~hen said bonds shall have been
sold or exchanged upon the surrender of a like amount
of bonds to be refunded, and said bonds shall be, by
the Town Commission of the said Town through its Treasurer~
delivered to the purchaser, or nurchaserers, or person,
firm or cor:ooration surrendering a like amount of bonds
or certificates of i~ndebtedness to be refumde-d or upon
the payment by the said purchaser, or p's~rchasers~ of
the purchase price agreed upon, the said Treasurer shall
give to said purchaser receipt for the purchase money or
bonds or certificates of indebtedness, as the case might
be, which said recei'ot shall be to the purchaser, or pur-
chasers full acquittance for said ~surchase money or bonds
or certificates of indebtedne-ss surrefidered in exchange
for such refunding bonds as herein provided~ and the
purchaser shall not be required to see to the applica-
tion of the same~
