That the budget hereinbefore set forth satting forth the items of anticipated general expenses and of Sinking Fund and Interest requirements upon the bonded debt of such Town, be and the same is hereby adopted as the budget of the said Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, for the taxable year 1928. BE iT FURTH~ ORDAIn*ED BY THE To~vn Commission of the Town of Boynton, that there be, and there hereby is levied upon all of the taxable property, real and personal, within such Town of Boynton, in Palm Beach County, Florida, a special tax for the purpose of pro- viding Interest and Sinking Fund monies, to be used in the payment of Interest and the retirement of principal upon the bonded debt of such Town, the sum of SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND TVYO ~_TU~DRED NINETY SIX DOLI~&RS AND EIGRT-FOUR C:~TS ($6V,296.84). BE IT F~RTHER ORDAINED by the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, that there be, and there hereby is, levied by such Town Commission on all the taxable property, both real and personal, v~&th such Tovaa, a general tax to provide for the general ex- penditures of the said Town as provided in the budget items hereinbefore set forth, to-wit, a tax sufficient to produce the sum of SIXTY SEVEN THOUSA~;D T~;,,'O HUNDRED NII~ETY SIX DOLI~Rs AND ~GHT-FOUR CENTS ($67,296.84) BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Town Commis s[ on of the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, that such taxes hereinbefore referred to, be and the same hereby are, apportioned to and levied against all the taxable property, both real and personal, within the corporate limits of the Said Town, in proportion to the assessed valuation of such property. BE IT FURT~ ORDAINED that such tax be extended upon the tax books of such Town of Boynton, in the proper millage proportionate to the valuation thereof as returned by the Assessor, to-wit; that the millage thereof be as follows, to-wit:- For payment of Interest and Sinking Fund on the -bonded indebtedness 9 Nitls For the general purposes 9 ~lills TOTAL ................. ~ BE IT FURTHER ORDAIn[ED that the passage and adoption of the above and foregoing Ordinance is urgent and is essential to the inzmediate preservation of the public peace of such Town of Boynton, by reason of the same providing funds for the proper administration of the affirs of such Town;. and that an emergency does exist for the immediate passage and adoption of 'such Ordinance. BE IT MffRTHER ORDAiNED that the above and foregoing Ordinance, being an Ordinance making a Tax levy, be, and the same hereby is, passed and adopted on bhis the 7th day of September, A. D. t9~6, being a Regular ~eeting of the Town Commission of the Totem of Boynton, and being the meeting at which the same was introduced; and further that such Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
