AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
APPENDIX A, SECTION 6.C.1 PROVIDING FOR
INCLUSION OF MARINE CANVAS RETAIL SALES AS A
PERMITTED USE IN C-3 COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL
DISTRICTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS,
SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Con~T.~ission has determined that it is in
the best interest of the citizens and residents of the City to
amend Section 6. C. C-3 Community Commercial Districts to
provide for inclusion of marine canvas retail sales and
fabrication (no on-premises installation) as a permitted use;
and
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section I. That Appendix
hereby amended by adding the words

provisons.

ordinance or portion hereof, any paragraph, sentence or word
