A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AFULr., RELEASE. OF CASH BON[), IN THBAMOUNT OF
$1,800.00, FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS HAMPTON
INN AIJD14I()N, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHER,}JAS, the developer for the project known as Hampton Inn Addition,
previously post~d.acash bond in the amount of $1,800.00 for the warranty surety for
satisfactory perf6rn:lanc;e of the water and sanitary sewer systems; and
WHERE~S,the Utility Department has completed it's final inspection, and verified
that all portions of the water and sewer systems are operating satisfactorily.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
recommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash bond in the amount of
$1,800.00 to North Boynton Beach Hospitality, Inc.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
