WHEREAS, the City Commission has de>~ined that it is in
the best interest of the citizens and r~e~idents of the City to
amend the R-1-AAsingle-family reside~ial district to provide
for a conditional use; and /
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAI~/~ BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLOriDA, THAT:
Section 1. That Appendix A, Section 5. C. R-i-AA
Single-Family Residential/District, is hereby amended by
adding the words and figures in underlined type, as follows:
Section 5. /' Residential 1strict regulations and
use provisions.
C. R-~-AA SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
Thesg/district regulations will create a maximum
density of 5.4 dwelling units per acre.

Section 2. Each and every other section of Appendix
