A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH AND woOLBRIGHT PROFESSIONAL
BUILDING, LTD. FOR FIRE RESCUE TRAINING; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City's'Fire Department desires to use the building located at 2240
West Woolbright Road, Boynton Beach, Florida for the purpose of fire training exercises;
and
WltEREAS, the owner of Woolbright Professional Building, Ltd., has permitted the
2ity to use said building for one fn'e rescue training session lasting approximately six (6)
consecutive days.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
rile CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, TI-IAT:
Section 1. Each Whereas clause set forth above is true and correct and
ncorporated herein by this reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does
~ereby authorizes the Mayor and CitY Clerk to execute an Agreement between the City of
Boynton Beach and Woolbright Professional Building, Ltd., which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
