AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
APPENDIX A SECTION 6, E.; PROVIDING FOR
DELETION OF AUTOMOTIVE PARTS STORES AS A
PROHIBITED USE; PROVIDING FOR NEW AUTO PARTS
AND ACCESSORIES AS A NEW CONDIT~IONAL RETAIL
USE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY,
CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS~ the City Commission has determined that it is in the
best interests of the citizens and residents of the City to amend
Section 6.E. to allow for a permitted use; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, TF~AT:
Section 1. That Section 6.Eo CBD CENTRAL BUSINESS
DISTRICT, 1. Permitted and conditional uses, is hereby amended by
adding the words and figures in underlined type, and deleting the
words and figures in struck-through type, as follows:
Section 6. Commercial district regulations and
use provisions.
E. CBD CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.
1. Permitted and conditional uses.
Retail:
uu.a. New auto parts and accessories.
2. Uses prohibited ....
Section 2. Each and every other part of Section 6. not
herein specifically amended shall remain in full force and effect
as previously enacted.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Should any section or provision of this
ordinance or portion hereof, any paragraph, sentence or word be
