75-XXXA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-ZZ OF SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
on September ~, 1975, passed and adopted Resolution No. 75-ZZ to create
a municipal tennis court operation plan and to provide for rates, fees,
rules and regulations, in the use of the municipal tennis courts of said
City; and
WHEREAS, after further study and review of the schedule of rates
and fees, the City Manager of said City has recommended to the City Council
that such rates and fees as set forth in Sections 1, 2 and 3 of said
Resolution NO. 75-ZZ be revised as hereinafter provided; and
WHEREAS, th8 City Council of said City deems such revisions to be
in the best interests of the inhabitants of the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, THAT THE SCHEDULE OF RATES AND FEES AS SET FORTH IN SECTIONS 1, 2
AND 3 OF RESOLUTION NO. 75-ZZ OF SAID CITY BE AND ARE HEREBY AMENDED AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1:
The annual membership fees for the use of the
municipal tennis courts shall be as follows:
(a) Residents:
Adult, single $10.00
Family 15.00
Junior (17 and under) 2.00
(b) Non-residents:
Adult, single
Junior (17 and under)
$30.00
municipal tennis courts shall be as follows:
(a) Adult, resident
(b) Adult, non-resident
(c) Junior (17 and under, resident)
(d) Junior (17 and under, non-resident)
$ .50 per day
1.50 per day
.25 per day
.50 per day
Section 3: Notwithstanding the foregoing, there shall be an
additional fee for the night-time use of the municipal tennis courts at the
rate of $.50 per tennis court per hour regardless of membership or residence
status.
Section 2:

The daily fees for non-members for the use of the

section~: tn all other respects, the subject rules and regulations
and all other provisions as set forth in said Resolution No. 75-ZZ of said
City are hereby ratified and confirmed as heretofore passed and adopted on
September 2, 1975.
Section 5: This Resolution shall be implemented and become
effective immediately.
