ING RESIDENT MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE MUNICIPAL POLICE OFFICERS?~
RETIREMENT TRUST FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: KENNETH R. HALL is hereby appointed
Resident Member of the Board of Trustees of the Municipal Police
Officers' Retirement Trust Fund of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, to serve until December 31~ 1975, pursuant to Section
185.05 of the Florida Statutes.
