75-IIIRESOLUT!ION NO. 75- III
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-BBB (PAY PLAN ADOPTION)
BY ADDING. THE POSITION OF UTILITY MECHANIC -
PAY GRADE 23.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted Resolu-
tuion No. 75-BBB entitled "A Resolution of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, approving the pay plan of said City'S; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended that the
additional position of Utility Mechanic - Pay Grade 23 be added
to said pay plan and the City Manager of said City concurs with
this modification; and
WHEREAS, after review of the subject proposed ~aendment,
the City Council is desirous to amend said Resolution No. 75-BBB
as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the position of Utility Mechanic -
Pay Grade 23 be added to the pay plan adopted in Resolution No.
75-BBB and said pay plan as amended is hereby approved, ratified
and adopted.
Section 2: In all other respects said Resolution No.
75-BBB and the pay plan attached thereto and made a part 'thereof
is hereby ratified and confirmed as heretofore adopted and
amended.
