A RESOLUTION OF THE :CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND GRANTING AN EASE-
MENT TO FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY TO
INSTALL AND MAINTAIN ELECTRIC UTILITY FACILI-
TIES IN THE BOYNTON BEACH MUNICIPAL BOAT DOCK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section !: That the City of Boynton Beach grant an
Easement to the Florida Power and Light Company for the ~onstruc-
tion, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities,
as more fully shown on the attached copy of said Easement marked
"Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, for electric
utility facilities in the City's Municipal Boa~ Dock in the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida.
S~ction 2~: That the Mayor, or the Vice Mayor, and the
City Clerk be authorized to execute said Easement to Florida
Power and Light Company.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall take effect im-
mediately upon adoption.

In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which i/we have received, i/we and those holding, through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wiresor cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows;
Lots 11 amd 12 of sam Brown Jr. 's Hypoluxo subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Book 1, Page 81, of the Public Records of Palm Beach Coumty, Florida.
Less the West 30 feet thereof amd less also: Beginmimg at the Southwest corner of said
Lot 12, run East along the South line of said Lot 12, a distance of 423.46 feet; thence
run in a Northerly direction along a lime parallel to the West lime of said Lot 12 amd
the West line of Lot 11, a distance of 221.45 feet; thence rum West on a lime parallel
bo the South lime of said Lot 12, a distance of 423.46 feet to the West lime of said
Lot 11; thence run in a Southerly direction along the West line of said Lots 11 and 12;
a distance of 221o45 feet to the point of begim~ing; and less also: Beginmimg at the
Northwest corner of said Lot 11, run East along the North lime of said Lot 11, a
distance of 255 feet; thence run in a Southerly direction along a lime parallel to the
West lime of said Lot 11~ a distance of 73.77 feet; thence run West on a lime parallel
