A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF A
FORMAL APPLICATION TO MUNICTPAL BOND INSURANCE
ASSOCIATION FOR INSURANCE POLICY FOR WATER AND
SEWER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1975A AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE PRINTING OF A, STATEMENT OF INSURANCE ON
SAID BONDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The Mayor, City Mana~er.~ City Clerk and City
Attorney be and they are hereby authorized to submit a formal
application to the Municipal Bond Insurance Association for. an
insurance policy on the $2,600,000 Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds,
Series 1975A, dated February 1, 1975, being issued by 'the City.
SECTION 2. The City hereby consents to the affixing of
an appropriate statement of. insurance on the Bonds referred to in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
