A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, VACATING AND ABANDONING
CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, has received a petition from the owner of the land
described hereinafter for the adoption of a resolution vacating
and abandoning certain right-of-way easements presently lying
in and upon said lands; and
WHEREAS, subject abandonment has heretofore been
considered by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, and a favorable recommendation has been
rendered in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, after thorough public investigation and public
hearing on said abandonment, it appears that no hardship will
be occasioned by such abandonment, that said abandonment will
be for the best interests of the general public, and that no
valid reason exists why same should not be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SectiOn 1: That the ~i~h~f~wayi~..~e~Sem~n~s. l~ing in
and upon the following described land in Palm Beach County,
Florida, to-Wit:
That certain 30 feet by 1,304.8 feet road
right-of-way easement separating Tracts 34 and 64
from Tracts 35 and 62 as shown'in the Palm Beach
Farms Co. Plat No. 8 as racorded in Plat Book 5,
Page 73, Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida~ and located in Section 30, Township
45 South, Range 43 East,
are hereby vacated and abandoned, and such area is hereby
returned to acreage for purposes of taxation.
