75-IIRESOLUTION NO. ~75-~21
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
DECLARING A MORATORIUM AGAINST RECEIVING AND
PROCESSING ALL APPLICATIONS FOR REZONING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, on second reading on June 3, 1975, enacted Ordinance
No. 75-19~,amending the comprehensive development plan and
zoning regulations for said City and adopting a revised zoning
map, said ordinance to become effective on the 13th day of
June, 1975; and
WHEREAS~ in order to provide an orderly transition in
the implementation of the said amendments and revisions, the
City JCouncil of said City deems it essential for the general
welfare and best interests of the community to provide for a
moratorium against receiving and processing any applications
for rezoning as hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Sec%ion 1: That no applications for rezoning shall be
received or processed by the City of Boynton Beach until after
the /_~ day of September, 1975.
Section 2: This Resolution shall take effect
immediately.
