A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
THE SCHOOL BOARD OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
enter into a Lease Agreement with The School Board of Palm
Beach County, Florida, for a term of one year, in accordance
with the terms and conditbns as set forth in the Lease, copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, upon the
following described land in Palm Beach County, Florida, to-wit:
The South 205 feet of the west 75 feet of Lot 6,
Block 14, according to the Plat of Sayer's
Addition to Boynton Beach, Florida, as requested
in Plat Book 1, Page 69, of the Public Records
of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Section 2: That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be and they are hereby authorized
to act for the City in entering into and executing the said
Lease Agreement with The School Board of Palm Beach County.
Section 3: This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon adoption.

THIS LEASE, made this

by and between THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, hereinafter
referred to as Lessor, and THE SCHOOL BOARD OF PALM BEACH COT~=~Y,
FLQRIDA, hereinafter referred to as Lessee:
WIT~ESSETH, That the Lessor has let unto said Lessee,
and said Lessee has leased from Lessor, the 'following described
real property, together with all apportenances belonging thereto:
The South 205 feet of the west 75 feet of Lot 6i
Block 14, according to the Plat of Sayer's addition
to Boynton Beach, Florida, as requested in Plat
Book 1 on Page 69 of the Public Records of Palm
Beach County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same for a term o3f 1 ~ear(s)
from the. 1st day of June 197 5 to the-31st day of May
197 6 for the total sum of One Dollar ($1.00) per year to be
paid as follows:
One Dollar ($1o00) to be paid on the First day each
year of this lease.
IT IS PIEREBy AGREED by the Parties~to this Lease that
the real property which is the subject of this Lease is to be
used solely as a recreational area for the children who are
attending Boynton Elementary School. It is also agreed by the
Parties to this Lease that the Lessee may, to a limited extent,
landscape the real property covered by this Lease. Said land-
scaping is, however, limited to a small amount of clearing and
grubbing and land'fili ~o make the prop~ty level. Furthermore,
it is hereby agreed that the Lessee will not remove any of the
large trees located on'the property.
