75-VRESOLUTION NO. 75- ~
WHEREAS, The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida,
has under contract the construction of the South Technical
Education Center located at S. W. 28th Avenue, 1/4 mile east
of Congress Avenue, Boynton Beach, Florida; and
WHEREAS, on the South Technical Education Center site
there will be certain water lines placed under ground for the
purpose of supplying fire line service; and
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has jurisdiction for
fire and other emergency service to this school center and
therefore must provide for the maintenance and upkeep of this
fire line system, which includes piping, connections and
hydrants; and
WHEREAS, The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida,
at its meeting on March 26, 1975, passed and adopted Resolution
No. licensing the City of Boynton Beach to have access
onto the SOuth Technical Education Center site for the purpose
of maintaining said fire line system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is in
accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. adopted
on March 26, 1975, by The School Board Of Palm Beach County,
Florida, described above, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
Section 2: That a true and certified copy of this
Resolution be furnished forthwith to The School Board Of Palm
~each County, Florida, and to all other appropriate authorities.

~HEREAS, The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida has

NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE~ that the School Boa~i of Palm
Beach Count~, Florida does hereby license the City of Boynton Beach to
access onto the South Technical Education Center site for the purpose
of maintaining the fire line system including piping, connections and
h~h~nts.
BE IT FURTHE~ RESOLVED, that the School Board does hereby
agree not to build or construct any structure withi~ 5 ft. of s~id
BE IT FBRT~ RESOLVED, that the School Board ~nderstands
that if it becomes necessary to relocate or e~and said fire line
system for the benefit of the School Board, such ~rk will be accom-
plished at no expense to the City of Boynton Beach.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the School Board will furnish
to the City of Boynton Beach as-built drawings showing the location
of said fire lines, connections and hydrants.
