75-RRESOLUTION NO. 75- '~
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, pursuant to the Charter of said City, deems it neces-
sary for the public interest that a sidewalk be co-nstructed
and installed on the east side of U. S. Highway No. 1 a distance
of approximately 296 feet from the south boundary line of
Hampshire Gardens southward to the south boundary line of the
Jaycee Park in said City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City heretofore by
Resolution according to'law required the City Engineer to
prepare an estimated cost of such improvements and to prepare
plans and specifications covering the construction of same; and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer has completed such require-
ments and said plans and specifications are now on file in
his office;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That a sidewalk be constructed and installed
on the east side of U. S. Highway No. 1 a distance of approxi-
mately 296 feet from the south boundary line of Hampshire
southward to the south boundary line of the Jaycee Park in said
City in accordance with plans and specifications as required
by law of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, now on file in the
office of ~he City Engineer.
Section 2: The total estimated cost of the proposed
improvement is $ ~ ~$ -- and the total amount of the cost of.
the said improvement shall be borne'by the City.
Section 3: The City Council will sit for the purpose of
hearing objections, if any, to the above proposed improvement

the Boynton Beach City Hall, Boynton Beach, Florida.
