A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND GRANTING AN EASE-
MENT TO SOUTHERN BELL TELEPHONE AND TELE-
GRAPH COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, does hereby grant a right-of-way easement to
Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company for the construc-
tion, operation and maintenance of its facilities, as is more
fully described on the attached copy of the Right-Of-Way Ease-
ment attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked "Exhibit
A", upon, over and under that certain four-foot parcel of land
as is more fully described in the said Right-Of-Way Easement,
copy of which is attached hereto.
Section 2: That the Mayor, oX the Vice-Mayor, and the
City Clerk be authorized to execute said Easement to Southern
Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon adoption.
