A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A~i'GRANT~NGi':'~THE
~ -:'A~EMENT TO
THE FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY TO PROVIDE
ELECTRIC SERVICE FOR THE NEW CITY LIBRARY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the City of Boynton Beach grant
Easement to Florida Power and Light Company for the construc-
tion, operation and maintenance of electric utility faciliities,
as more fully described on the attached copy of said Easement
marked "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof,
for the electric service provided for the new City Library,
Section 2: That the Mayor, or the Vice-Mayor, and the
City Clerk be authorized to execute said Easement t0~Elo~id~
Power and Light Company.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this /~5 day of February, 1975.

In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 md other good and
valuable consideration which l/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grantand give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation' amd maim
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, Conduits, transformer enclosures and
sppurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
th~ size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wiresor cables of any
other Company or persOn; also,: to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth orother obstr.uctiom.
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows;
Being a parcel of land located in Section 28, To~.mship 45 South, Range1 43 East,
Boyooton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida being more par~-icularly describe~ as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the center!ine of Southwest First Avenue and
the Westerly right-of-way line of Seacrest Boulevard, having a right-of-way of 80.0
fee~; thence Southerly along the Westerly right-of-way line of Seacrest Boulevard, ~
distance of 149.0 feet; the_nco turning an angle of 90° - 35' from North to East a
distance of 80.0 feet to the Point of Beginning, said Poiut 'of Beginning also lying
on the cantertine of an eas~ent t0 feet in width, thence continuing for a distance
of 12 ~eet; thence turning an angle of 123° - 11' from West to North, a distance of -
!01.0 feet; thence turning an angle of 117° - 48' from Somth~est to East, a distance
of 30 feet to the terminus of said 10 foot easement.
Said easement being subject to all reservations and restrictions, on fiie with the
Clerk of the Circuit Cour~ of Palm Beach County, Florida.
