A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND GRANTING 'AN EASEMENT TO FLORIDA
POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY TO INSTALL iAND MAINTAIN
ADDITIONAL LIGHTING FACILITIES AT THE CITY'S
GENERAL SERVICES YARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Sec%ion '1: That the City of Boynton Beach grant an
Easement to the Florida Po~er and Light Company for the
construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility
facilities, as more fully described on the attached copy of said
Easement marked "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof, for additional lighting facilities at the City's
General Services Yard on North East Ninth Street, Boynton
Beach, Florida.
Section 2: That the Mayor, or the Vice-Mayor, and the
City Clerk be authorized to execute said Easement to Florida
Power and Light Company.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon adoption.

In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1'.00 and oth~r good and
valuable consideration which i/we have received, I/we and those holdin§ through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and malt>
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; With the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear ali trees, brush and undergrowth orother obstructions
.,that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows;
Lots 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129~ 130, 131, 13.2, 133, 134~
135, 136, 137, 138, 139, and 140, all of the previously descmibed property
lying in Section 21, Township 45 South, Range 43 East, and being part of
Arden Park Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
2, Page 96 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida. Also, Lots
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, lying in Section 21, Tm~nship 45 South, Range 43
East, a~d being part of Congress Grove Subdivision, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 63, of the Public Records of Palm BeacR
County, Florida.
