A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE OPENING OF
SIX~CHECKING'AN~R DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS WITH THE
BOYNTON BEACH FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
~ectio~ 1. That the Boynton Beach First National Bank
and Trust, Boynton Beach, Florida, is hereby designated as a
depository of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and that the
City Treasurer of said City is hereby authorized to open and
maintain six checking and/or deposit accounts in the name of
said City with said bank, which accounts shall be known as follows
City of Boynton Beach - Utility General Fund (010-10-2)
City of Boynton Beach - Working Capital Fund (010-11-0)
City of Boynton Beach - Sewer Revenue Fund (010-03-0)
City of Boynton Beach - Sewer and Water (010-07-3)
City of Boynton Beach Police Retirement (010-12-9)
City of Boynton Beach Retirement Trust (010-08-1)
Section 2: That all checks and vouchers to be drawn on
each of~the aforesaid accounts shall be prepared and signed by the
City Treasurer, B. J, Law~ or in,i.'~the absence of the City Treasurer
by the Deputy Treasurer, M. C. Holzman, or in the absence of the
said City Treasurer and the said Deputy Treasurer, by the
Finance Director, Kenneth L. Kribs, and that all such checks and
vouchers shall be countersigned by the Mayor, David Roberts, or
in the absence of the Mayor, by the Vice Mayor, Joe DeLong.
Section 3: That the City Clerk be and she is hereby
instructed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
Boynton Beach First National Bank and Trust.
