75-BRESOLUTION NO, '7'5~
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, provides that the City Treasurer shall prepare all
checks, vouchers and withdrawal.~stip~lto'b~.drawn on the City
depositories, and ~hall sign the same and present said checks,
ilvouchers and withdrawals to the Mayor or Vice Mayor to be counter-
signed as prowided herein or by ordinance of the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, DAVID ROBERTS is the duly eleCted Mayor and
shall countersign all checks, vouchers and withdrawal slips of
the City; and
WHEREAS, JOE DeLONG, as Vice Mayor shall countersign
all checks, vouchers and withdrawal slips in the absence of the
Mayor; and
WHEREAS, B. J. LAW is the duly appointed Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, M. C. HOLZMAN, Deputy Treasurer, has been
appointed to prepare and sign checks, vouchers and withdrawal
slips in the absence of the Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, KENNETH L. KRIBS'has been appointed as City
Finance Director and is authorized to sign checks, vouchers and
withdrawal slips of the City in the absence of the Treasurer and
the Deputy Treasurer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a true copy of
this Resolution be sent to all Federal savings and loan associa-
tions, commercial banks and other depositories wherein the City
of Boynton Beach maintains municipal savings accounts, checking
accounts or other deposits.
